Apple of My Extra Dry
3 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry
2 ounces Apple Cider
3/4 ounce Irish Whiskey
1/4 ounce Brown Sugar Syrup
To make Brown Sugar Syrup, place 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup water in saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until barely begins to simmer. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Place apple cider, whiskey and brown sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Top with Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry.
